Julio Teheran will take the mound for his second start of Spring as the Braves welcome the Mets to Lake Buena Vista.
Yesterday was a pretty good day for the Braves; Especially so for the pitching staff as pretty much everyone who took the hill yesterday had a positive outing, with a couple of guys (namely Wandy Rodriguez and Juan Jaime) bouncing back from shaky appearances. Now, the crew is hoping to keep the good times rolling, as Julio Teheran will be making his 2nd start of the Spring and Craig Kimbrel will be making his Spring debut as the Braves take on the Mets.
This will be the first time that we get to see (or hear, since this game is radio-only) the Round Mound of the Mound up close, as Bartolo Colon will be taking the hill for the Mets. Also, if recent developments in Mets camp are any indication, then we're probably going to see a spirited performance out of the crew in blue and orange today, even if it is just Spring Training. So this ought to be a fun one to follow.
Here are the lineups.
