AAA - Las Vegas 51's (57-48)______________________________________
LAS VEGAS 9, SACRAMENTO 4 (Box)
Vegas is hotter than the game time temperatures at Cashman Field lately. Saturday night's win made it nine out of the last eleven for the 51s and put them back ahead of the River Cats for the division lead. The offense, led by JV1, got to Sacramento starter Arnold Leon early, and the pen made it hold up. Fun game, guess how many games Valdespin will have to keep hitting .500 to get called back up to the majors.

Star of the Night
Lets give a hat tip to the pair of Brooklyn pitches for their fine performances
Goat of the Night
Alex Pantelidois gave up seven runs in two innings of work...that is suboptimal.
