This report identifies starting pitchers who are owned in less than 50% of ESPN Yahoo leagues, and who either has a decent track record vs their opponent, has pitched well of late, or has a decent matchup.

Monday's Streaners
Nolasco is owned in 23.6% of ESPN leagues and faces the Mets on Monday night. Nolasco has pitched well this season, and over his last ten starts, he has given up three runs or less in nine of those starts.
Richards is owned in less than 1% of ESPN leagues, and faces the struggling Yankee lineup that ranks 28th in baseball in runs scored this season. Richards has pitched well of late, giving up just five earned runs over his last three starts.
Salazar dominated the Tigers in his last start, striking out 10 while walking just one, although he gave up 4 earned runs on 7 hits over 7.2 innings. He should have an easier time vs the Twins on Monday night.
