Mets' 2015 spring training schedule, TV info for SNY and PIX11

The two networks will cover all 15 of the Mets' home spring training games this year.

In case you didn't notice from the surge of news stories over the past few days, Mets spring training is here! More importantly, that means spring training baseball games are nearly here, as we will soon get to watch the Mets play actual baseball against other baseball teams.

If you're in the New York area, you can watch 15 Mets spring training games on SNY and WPIX starting on March 6. The coverage comprises every home spring training game that the Mets play in March and April.

Although the Mets kick off their schedule with a road game against the Braves on March 4, the first home game (and first SNY game) is on March 6 versus Detroit. Gary Cohen, Ron Darling, and Keith Hernandez will all be on hand to call the action. We'll even get a pregame show at 12:30 p.m. showcasing the debut of new analyst Nelson Figueroa. Steve Gelbs will also be reporting from the field in his first official gig as SNY's full-time Kevin Burkhardt replacement.
