A look at how the Mets' position players performed over the last seven days.

Believe it or not, the Mets scored 30 runs over the past seven days, the eleventh-best mark in Major League Baseball. To be fair, they played seven games, while not every team in the league did. Their .312 wOBA ranked 17th in baseball, and their league- and park-adjusted 97 wRC+ was 17th, too.

Bobby Abreu, OFIn thirteen plate appearances, Abreu hit just .091 with a .182 slugging percentage. He drew enough walks to get to a .231 on-base percentage, but that’s still not a good week.
Andrew Brown, OF--Brown hit just .143 put had a .904 OPS in nine plate appearances.
Eric Campbell, 1BIn just 11 plate appearances, Campbell had a .369 wOBA thanks mostly to a .455 on-base percentage. That’s some good soup.
Travis d’Arnaud, CWith a .071/.188/.071 line, d’Arnaud got demoted to Triple-A Vegas to straighten himself out. Here’s hoping he does so quickly.
Matt den Dekker, OFWith quite a bit of playing time, den Dekker struck out in 22.2 percent of his plate appearances and had just a 61 wRC+ for the week.
Lucas Duda, 1BThe Dude managed another good week thanks mostly to a great on-base percentage, but he hit for a little power, too.
Wilmer Flores, SSHe didn’t play much, but when he did, Flores raked.
Curtis Granderson, OFGranderson bounced back in a big way, hitting .370/.419/.630 with three stolen bases. That’s a 191 wRC+ for the week, which leaves him at 106 on the season. That might not sound like much, but given his terrible April, it’s been good to see him playing this way.
Juan Lagares, CFAn intercostal strain put Lagares on the disabled list, and his return timetable is unclear at this point.
Daniel Murphy, 2BNumber twenty-eight hit .414 and slugged .586, which makes the fact that he didn’t draw any walks pretty irrelevant. His .186 wRC+ for the week was second only to Granderson among the team’s position players.
Anthony Recker, CThe wrecking ball only put up a .209 wOBA and 29 wRC+ for the week, which, while better than d’Arnaud, was still not good.
Ruben Tejada, SSTejada hit .235/.350/.412, which translates to a .343 wOBA and 121 wRC+. Betting on him to continue that level of production would be foolish, but his 139 wRC+ ranks sixth among major league shortstops with at least 50 plate appearances over the last 30 days.
David Wright, 3BIt was another down week in a down year for the Mets’ captain. If he turns back into his 2012-2013 self, perhaps the Mets can climb back to .500.
Chris Young, OFYoung struggled again, though as has been the case with many of his bad weeks, he was far from the worst hitter on the team over that span. He’s just turned in too many weeks like this one.
Eric Young Jr., OFYoung’s still sidelined with a hamstring injury.
