This is one of the Metsiest things that has Metsed, and that's saying something since they paid Oliver Perez on purpose.

Mets accidentally sent out a group e-mail with Alderson's credit card info ... I just called Boras and bought the Mets a new SS.

I barely believe that this is true, but nope, multiple members of the Mets' beat have said so. It's absurd even for a team known to many corners of the Internet as the #LOLMets.

Don't worry, they sent a follow-up telling the entire New York press to "Please disregard the previous email." You might want to cancel your card anyway, Sandy. And then not share it with your PR team.
