The Streamer Report provides you with daily startng pitcher streaming selections for owners who prefer to stream starting pitchers on a daily basis. This report identifies starting pitchers who are owned in less than 50% of ESPN leagues, and who either has a decent track record vs their opponent, has pitched well of late, or has a decent matchup.

Before i get to the streaming options for Friday's games, here is how my streaming selections performed on Wednesday:

Randall Delgado vs Mets - 7 IP, 7 H, 2 ER, 0 BB, 9 K, W

Jeanmar Gomez vs Phillies - did not pitch

Tony Cingrani vs Giants - 5.2 IP, 4 H, 2 ER, 4 BB, 5 K

Combined stats: 12.2 IP, 11 H, 4 ER, 4 BB, 14 K, W, 2.84 ERA, 1.18 WHIP

Friday's Pitching Streamers

Andrew Cashner vs Nationals

Cashner is owned in 31.1% of ESPN leagues and faces the Nationals in Washington on Friday night. He has quietly put up a solid season with a 5-3 record with a 3.31 ERA and 1.17 WHIP. The Nationals have struggled to score runs this season, and Cashner has given up three runs or less in eight of his last ten starts.

Jorge De La Rosa vs Diamondbacks

JDLR is owned in just 34.5% of ESPN leagues, and I think the fact that he is a Rockie pitcher is holding down his ownership percentage, as he is having an excellent season on the mound in 2013. He is 8-4 with a 3.09 with a 1.28 WHIP in 17 starts, and has given up two runs or less in seven of his last ten starts this season.

Jacob Turner vs Cardinals

Turner is owned in 20% of ESPN leagues and faces a tough Cardinals lineup on Friday night. But, with the way he is pitching this season, it won't matter. In his six starts thus far, he is 2-0 with a 1.76 ERA, a 1.10 WHIP and a 27-12 K-BB rate in 41 innings.
