
Braves make a couple of lineup changes for tonight's tilt with the Mets
Everything that happened last night prior to 7:10ish or so was pretty awesome. The ceremony for Hank Aaron was fantastic, and it's always nice to see another divisional pennant get raised up. The game itself was a bit of a bummer, as the bats continued to struggle, and the bullpen finally broke their string of stellar performances.
Today's a new day though, and with it comes a bit of a shakeup in the lineup: B.J. Upton has been sent to the bench in favor of Jordan Schafer. Schafer will bat 8th, while Andrelton Simmons has been moved up to the 2-slot in the lineup. Tonight is also the Braves debut of Ervin Santana. Here's hoping that he's able to continue the solid string of starting pitching that we've seen to start the season so far.
